Questions about this website's content, a correction to a dose figure, or a broken link — this is the right place. Questions about an order you have already placed need to go to the seller, not to us.
Editorial and correction enquiries
Email: editorial@get-memo-honey.com
Response time: within two business days
Include the page URL and the specific line you believe is wrong. If you are correcting a dose or a policy term, a photograph of the label or a screenshot of the checkout helps enormously.
Order, delivery and refund enquiries
This site does not process payments, hold order records or ship products. If you need to track a parcel, change an address or request a refund inside the 60-day guarantee window, contact the seller's customer support using the email address and order number on your purchase confirmation. Do so in writing, inside the window, and keep the reply.
Before you contact anyone about a refund
- Find your order number and the exact purchase date.
- Check how many days remain in the 60-day window.
- Write to the support address on your confirmation email.
- Ask for a returns authorisation and an address in writing.
- Keep every reply until the money is back on your card.
